V&S Grading did an awesome job on my property! They are exceptionally professional and respectful! Vincent came out and gave me a quote. They started and finished the project the in two days! He did grading and a 24x25 concrete slab for my metal building. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! They did amazing work and in a timely manner! 10 out 10 for sure!

I highly recommend Vincent and his team at V&S Grading. They did an excellent job building a concrete pad and walkway for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Their pricing was very fair, they worked diligently from start to finish, and their attention to detail really showed in the quality of the work. Vincent was also great to work with—responsive, professional, and quick to communicate throughout the entire process. The crew showed up ready to work, kept things moving efficiently, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. If you’re looking for quality concrete or grading work at a good price from a dependable, hardworking team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vincent and V&S Grading. Excellent experience all around!

V&S Grading are professional, reliable and delivers high-quality work! I’m extremely happy with the transformation of my backyard and the side of my home. The results exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend V&S Grading to anyone looking for quality work and great service!

Vicente came through!!!! I am so happy with the soil he brought to my house. Speaking with him I originally wanted dirt just to fill a raised flower bed and he suggested fertilized soil. The price was better than I expected, his communication was very professional, and he didn’t hesitate when I called for help. He delivered this morning on time and put it exactly where I wanted it. His truck and trailer didn’t tear up the yard, he was very skilled with his driving and I will definitely use his services again. If I could give more stars I would! Thank you for everything!

Awesome company to work with! Leveled part of my yard for an above ground pool and even leveled my pavers with it. Very professional and polite! If you need any yard work done, don’t hesitate to call them! Reasonably priced as well!

Very professional, efficient, and fairly priced. Would highly recommend for any grading work.

Vincent was great! Called him yesterday and he came out yesterday to spread 80 tons of rock for me. Not only was the customer service top notch, but he was fast, and a professional operator. He was quick and on point. Will be using him again for sure!

Vincent was very professional and kind. He was knowledgeable and great at responding. The work was amazing and a good price!

Vicente is very reasonable on his pricing, shows up when he says he’s going to be there. Been very satisfied with his work. Recommend.

Very Helpful and experienced

Vincent and his team installed a French drain system in our back yard. His team worked quickly and completed the work in one weekend. The drain system has allowed our back yard to dry out and be used by our kids!

Great work, Great attitude with attention to detail. I will call him again.

I've used Vince for probably 15 years or longer for various jobs such as landscaping, grading, site work and pad preparation. He's always on time and he and his crews work very hard to do a truly first class job ... always! Vince doesn't believe in cutting corners or shabby work! Vince is a Christian guy and a devoted family man.I want to thank you publicly for everything that you've ever done for us and it's an honor to have you as a friend and work colleague. I speak blessings over you , your family and your business.

Vincent and his team were excellent on both landscaping projects I hired them for. From the start, they took the time to fully understand what I wanted and executed it with precision. They handled some complex work, including locating and repairing irrigation after a pool installation, and offered thoughtful design recommendations that really improved the overall outcome. Even after the job was underway, they were flexible—relocating plants and making adjustments to get everything just right. They’re hardworking, professional, and communicate clearly throughout the process. I highly recommend Vincent and his team for any landscaping needs.
